Use Recommendation

You have to follow five things to get good results:
1) Replace 30~50 phr of EVA with Evaloy™ GD025
2) Add more blowing agent
• 30 phr replacement: 17% more
• 50 phr replacement: 30% more
3) Reduce DCP dosage 3~5%
4) Put additional compounds into the mold
• 30 phr replacement: 10% more
• 50 phr replacement: 18% more
5) (Optional) Use a smaller size mold if you have trouble taking out the sponge.
